A Filipino take on a classic American brekkie - you just have to replace potatoes, pancakes and toast with add rice. The rice is a gorgeous blend of different grains and neshi rice. I didn’t coat smoked bacon in tocino mix, just gotta hit your Korean grocery and get sliced pork belly.
